Adolescent substance abuse program opens

Adolescents in Carroll County and the surrounding area have a new place to seek help for their substance abuse issues-an intensive outpatient program designed specifically for teens within walking distance of both Carroll County High School and Carroll County Middle School.

Operated by the Brook Hospital at KMI, the Brook Outpatient Center is a new chemical dependency treatment center conveniently located behind the William L. Wheeler Hall of Justice on Clay Street.
