The boys’ basketball team at Carroll County High School will host a Panther Alumni basketball game on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 7 p.m.  The proceeds from the game will go toward the team’s expenses to play in the Sunshine Classic Basketball Tournament at Daytona Beach, Fla.

Any former Panther varsity basketball player that is interested in playing should contact Coaches Travis Snow, John Leep, Duke Boles or Carroll Yager at 732-6195. There is a participation fee of $10 which will cover the cost of each player’s game t-shirt.

The rosters will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and finalized by Nov. 20. If the response is great enough, there will be an “old timers” game and a game for more recent graduates.

Panther Head Coach Yager hopes that there will be a large number of basketball alumni return to their alma mater for the game and continue to stay involved with the Panther basketball program.
