April brings Autism Awareness month

It is that time of the year again. Time for my Autism Fundraiser. It is planned for Sunday, April 10, 2011, at First Baptist Church in Carrollton. I plan to start at 12:15 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall.

A spaghetti lunch will be served that includes spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, brownies and a drink. Prices are $5 for 11 years old and above, and $3 for children under 10 years old.

I have put together four themed baskets: UL Cardinals, UK Wildcats, Christmas and Fall and there will be Silent Auction items on tables to bid on. I will be selling whole cakes and fudge by the plate.

I encourage anyone to stop by for lunch that day. Autism is a worthy cause to support. April is Autism Awareness Month.
