Block of quilt

Above from left to right is Tracy Yocum, administrative secretary for the Carroll County Conservation District accepting the quilt block from Helen Cannon, Carroll County Extension Homemaker. Mrs. Cannon pieced together the quilt block for the district to send to the Kentucky Association of Conservation Districts Auxiliary. The KACD Auxiliary will make a quilt with blocks from all over the state. The quilt will be raffled at the KACD Convention July 2012 in Louisville. The money that is raised from the raffle, auction and monetary donation will help fund three scholarships.
