Boys golf awards

The CCHS boys golf team recently held its annual banquet. Seniors Nick Abbott, left, and Zach Beckham, middle, received Co-MVP awards. Abbott had the lowest score in a tournament, while Beckham held the lowest average in the team’s matches. Senior Kyle Supplee, right, received the Panther Award for always having a positive attitude. Levi Stephenson received the most improved award, while Clint Burgess lettered for his first year on varsity. Blake Belcher received an honorable mention for playing varsity, but could not letter because he is a middle school student. Each player also received certificates for participation.
