Bus makes only one stop in Happy Hollow

I grew up in Carroll County, and my mom still lives there. Why is it that the school bus only comes and picks up the kids in Happy Hollow at the POA building? I mean it stops at every house in town and on the county roads. Take a family that has small children. That parent has to get all of those kids up to get the kids to the school bus stop. Then factor in that several don’t have cars so they walk them up there in these freezing conditions. The road goes all the way around Happy Hollow. I don’t see why the bus can’t go around. What will that take five more minutes? Just another thing that goes on in Carroll County that is beyond reason. Just saying.
