Scouting for Food collects donations of non-perishable food beginning at 9 a.m. The donations will be used for the Community Food Pantry housed at St. John’s Church and at the Carroll County Crisis Center. Simply fill a sack with items and leave it at the doorstep for collection.
Carroll Main Street Program and its downtown merchants celebrate Another Reason to be Thankful from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prizes will be awarded in a drawing at 5 p.m. at McNeal’s on Fifth Street.
