Carroll County Community Development Corp. holds its annual shareholder’s meeting at noon at General Butler State Resort Park Two Rivers Restaurant in a private dining room. The meeting is open to the public, but only CCCDC shareholders are entitled to vote in the election of the eleven-member board of directors.
