A free Medicare Part D Comparison Assistance Clinic, will be held 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library, 136 Court St. in Carrollton, Free comparison assistance for Medicare prescription drug plan beneficiaries, free screening for eligibility for extra help to pay Medicare expenses. Appointments are necessary to attend the clinic. Please bring your Medicare card and list of names and dosage amounts of prescription medications you take. For appointment please call (502) 732-7020.

Carrollton Main Street Program hosts A Christmas Carroll in downtown featuring a bake-off, parade, visits with Santa, arts and crafts tent, music by the Kentucky Kruizers, carriage rides and Our Savior’s Nativity at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Friends of Butler holds the annual Butler Christmas Tea from 2-5 p.m. at the Butler-Turpin House at General Butler State Resort Park. Tickets are $5 per person.
