AA Big Book study groups meets every Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Carrollton Christian Church, 310 Fifth St.

Cartmell Elementary School Site Based Decision Making Council meets at 3:30 p.m. an the school.

Champions for a Drug-Free Carroll County meets at 11:30 a.m. in the community room, Carroll County Public Library.

Lions Club meets at noon at Butler Park lodge.

Carroll County Board of Education meets 5 p.m. in the middle school media center.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. every Thursday at Carrollton Christian Church.

Friday, April 27

Carrollton/Carroll County Tourism board meets at noon at the Tourism office, 515 Highland Ave.

AA Big Book study group meets every Friday at 2 p.m. at Carrollton Christian Church, 310 Fifth St.

The Springs Family Fun Center, 43 Shepherds Lane, Bedford, is open Friday nights from 5-10 p.m. for kids ages 13-19, offering pool, air hockey, corn hole, ping pong and other games. Concessions available for purchase. Adult supervision provided during operating hours; this is a nonsmoking campus. Transportation provided from high school at 6:30 p.m.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 8 p.m. every Friday at the Warsaw First Christian Church, 207 W. High St., Warsaw.

Traderbakers-Carrollton will host a Spring Craft Show and Outdoor Yard Sale from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. with a cookout, serving hot dogs, chips and drinks and Sunday, May 6, from noon to 4 p.m. Proceeds to benefit Simply Friends Outreach.

A poker run will be held to benefit local biker, Worm “Greg” Wilson who is battling cancer. Sign in will be 11-noon, at General Butler State Resort Park, front entrance.
