General Butler State Resort Park in partnership with the Carroll County Library will offer Outdoor Movies Under the Stars, free and open to the general public, held at the park front entrance near the mini golf course, starting at 9 p.m.

General Butler State Resort Park and Friends of Butler present the 2014 Backyard Concert Series beginning at 7 p.m. and located on the Butler-Turpin State Historic House lawn. This free concert will feature The Rigby’s.

Carroll County Middle School Parent-Teacher-Student Organization meets at 5 p.m. at the middle school.

Goldenrod Gala Arts Festival featuring crafts, food, children activities and music will be held at the General Butler State Resort Park, front entrance. Applications for vendors are still being taken. Free event for general public.
