Carrollton and Carroll County are hosting Trick-or-Treating for Halloween from 6-8 p.m. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution during this time.

The American Red Cross invites eligible donors to give blood. Upcoming blood donation opportunities in Carroll County  will be from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Carroll County High School, Highland Ave. All blood types are needed to ensure a reliable supply for patients.
