FINAL JUDGMENTS

Edmond C. Aldridge, 33, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000, he is to pay a public advocacy fee of $600, restitution in the amount of $50 and court costs on a per month basis within 90 days of his release, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates.

Ricky W. Clarkson, 29, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000, and court costs, said sentence is to run consecutive to the current sentences received by the defendant in the Carroll Circuit Court Case Nos. 10CR00095 and 10CR00102, the court suspends the fine and court costs and public advocacy fee, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Jan. 27, 2014, he will serve 180 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Samuel S. Clay, 23, pleaded guilt to receiving stolen property, firearm, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment, fined $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Jan. 27, 2014, he will serve 180 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Amber Dawn Huff, 33, pleaded guilty on two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, class D felonies and was sentenced to three and a half years imprisonment on each count and fined $1,000 on each count and she is to pay court costs, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three and a half year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant is to pay on a per month basis 90 days after her release, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Kyle U. Jeffries, 30, pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting contraband, a class D felony and was sentenced to one year imprisonment, fined $1,000, pay court costs and public advocacy fee, the court suspends the fine, court costs and public advocacy fee, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
