Final Judgments

Tonya M. Davis, 33, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two she pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense a class C felony and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and court costs, she was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, the defendant will serve 180 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Michelle L. Maddox, 22, on count one pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense a class C felony and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and court costs, she was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, the defendant will serve 180 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Carrie L. Shuck, 35, pleaded guilty to theft of a controlled substance, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and court costs, , she was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, she must complete the program as recommended by Kentucky Board of Nursing and any aftercare the program recommends, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Michael L. Anderson, 29, pleaded guilty to manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, a class B felony and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years and fined $1,000; on count three he pleaded guilty to fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and fined $1,000; on count four Anderson pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 45 days and fined $250, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one ten year sentence and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the Sheriff of Carroll County shall deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such a location within the Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Penny L. Krohn Brown, 34, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class C felony and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two she pleaded guilty to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years and fined $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent  for effectively one ten years sentence and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, the defendant will serve 180 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Taos B. Bryan, 36, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to one and a half years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months and fined $500; on count three he pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 45 days and a fine of $250, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one and a half years, and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, with said sentence to run consecutive to the sentence received by the defendant in the Gallatin Circuit court, case No. 11-CR-00008, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, the defendant will serve 180 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Connie G. Long, 39, pleaded guilty to the charge of flagrant non-support, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and court costs, the court suspends the fine, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, or until such time as her child support arrearage is paid in full but no less than five years and is subject to the Division of Probation and Parole’s conditions.

Joseph A. Moore, 32, pleaded guilty on count one to second-degree burglary, a class C felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property with a value of $500 or more, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and a fine of $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, he was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, the defendant will serve 180 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Thomas C. Starks, 27, pleaded guilty to six counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment on each count and fined $1,000 on each count, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, the defendant will serve 180 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Cleveland W. Riley, 31, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property with a value of $500 or more, a class D felony, and was sentenced to three and a half years and fined $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 9, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, the defendant will serve 180 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
