Final Judgments

Christina L. Limones, 27, pleaded guilty on counts one and two, of case 10CR00109 and counts one and two of case 11CR00002 to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class C felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment on each count and a fine of $1,000 on each count; with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence and one fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years, she is to serve 180 days incarceration and is credited with time spent in custody namely 133 days as of April 18, 2011, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

James Patrick McFarland, 28, pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony and was sentenced to one year imprisonment and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the sentence is to run consecutive to any backup time the defendant may have remaining, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department shall designate, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Jesus Ruben Mendoza, 33, pleaded guilty to count one of case 10CR00108 and counts one and two of case 11CR00001 for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, and on count three of this case for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and a fine of $1,000 on each of those counts; on case 11CR00005 he pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property with a value of $500 or more, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and a fine of $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the court suspends the fine, court costs and public advocacy fee, the defendant will pay restitution in the amount of $135, jointly and severally with co-defendant Christina L. Limones, the defendant is credited with time spent in custody prior to commencement of sentence, namely 133 days as of April 18, 2011, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department shall designate, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
