FINAL JUDGMENTS

Joseph Chisholm, 32, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting contraband, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three he pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor and was sentenced to 45 days imprisonment and fined $250; on count four he pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on count five he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, with sentence to run consecutive to the sentence received in the Shelby Circuit Court, and any other backup time, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

George A. Couch, 19, pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting contraband, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 60 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Latosha N. Marcum, 24, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two she pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on count three she pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor and was sentenced to 45 days and fined $250; on count four she pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting contraband, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and was fined $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, she is to serve 90 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Jacob E. Hunt, 24, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on case 12-CR-00187 he pleaded guilty to the charge of first-degree bail jumping, a class D felony and was sentenced to one year imprisonment and fined $1,000; with said sentences in 12-CR-00101 to run concurrent to each other but consecutive to the one year sentence received in case 12-CR-00187 for effectively one four year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 60 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Jane Willhoite Short, 26, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two she pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500 with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and a court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of three years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, she is to serve 30 days incarceration in the Carroll County Detention Center for bond violation, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Joshua L. Ricketts, 22, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on count three the defendant pleaded guilty to disregarding a stop sign, and was fined $100, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of three years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

William Joshua Short, 24, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent for effectively one three year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of three years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Brooks, 24, pleaded guilty on count one to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, a class B felony and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000; on count three the defendant pleaded guilty to second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count four he pleaded guilty to trafficking in less than eight ounces of marijuana, first offense a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on count five he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one ten year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 240 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Jennifer R. Mefford, 32, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two she pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on count three she pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense within a five year period and was sentenced to 30 days, fined $500, revocation of license/license plates for 120 days and a service fee, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three year sentence, revocation of license/license plates for 120 days, a DUI service fee, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of three years effective Nov. 19, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Jason E. Snell, 33, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; he pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor and was sentenced to 45 days imprisonment and fined $250; he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; and he pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other, the defendant voluntarily waived his rights to plead innocent and be tried by a jury, the court accepts the plea and finds the above named defendant guilty of the above charges to be conditionally discharged for a period of two years subject to the same terms and conditions of his pretrial diversion, the court hereby suspends the fine and costs.

Seaward, 28, pleaded guilty on count one to third-degree burglary, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of property with a value of $500 or more, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three he pleaded guilty to third degree burglary a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count four he pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of property with a value of $500 or more a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Nov. 5, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 180 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Tori L. Krohn, 23, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, and said sentence to run consecutive to the sentence received in the Carroll Circuit Court, case 10-CR-00082, the court suspends the fine, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of three years effective Nov. 5, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Travis W. Bush, 23, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, and said sentence to run consecutive to the sentence received in the Carroll Circuit Court, case 12-CR-00166 and consecutive to any backup sentence; the defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of first-degree bail jumping and was sentenced to one year imprisonment to run consecutive to the three year sentence received in Carroll Circuit Court case 12 CR-00142 and consecutive to any backup sentence, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Blanton, 33, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two she pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of property worth a value of $500 or more, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three she pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000; on count four the defendant pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of property with a value of $500 or more, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Nov. 5, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, she is to serve 180 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

INDICTMENTS

Delbert W. Mertz, 33, was indicted on count one for second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or subsequent offense, a class D felony punishable by imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years and a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000, in that he knowingly and unlawfully trafficked in a schedule III narcotic, namely hydrocodone, second or subsequent offense.

Emily C. Wolfenbarger, 21, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony, punishable by imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years and a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000, in that he knowingly and unlawfully trafficked in a schedule I narcotic, namely heroin.
