Final Judgment

Phillip M. Snyder, 30, pleaded guilty to count one of second-degree burglary, a class C felony and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and a fine of $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one seven- year sentence and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years and is subject to their conditions, he will serve 240 days incarceration with work release, he is credited with time spent in custody, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Adrian C. Smith, 29, pleaded guilty to count one of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years and a fine of $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense within a five year period, and was sentenced to 30 days (mandatory four days), a fine of $500, revocation of license/license plates for 120 days and service fee; on count three Smith pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months in jail and fined $500; on count four he pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended, a class B misdemeanor and was sentenced to 90 days imprisonment and fined $250, with said sentences to run consecutive to each other for effectively one three year sentence and fined $1,000, revocation of driver’s license/license plates for 120 days, DUI service fee and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
