Indictments

Troy L. Horner, 47, was indicted on counts one and two for first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance, first offense, class D felonies, punishable by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than five years on each count and a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000 on each count in that he knowingly and unlawfully trafficked in a schedule I narcotic drug, namely heroin.

Michael J. Williams, 34, was indicted on counts one and two for first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance, first offense, class D felonies, punishable by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than five years on each count and a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000 on each count in that he knowingly and unlawfully trafficked in a schedule I narcotic drug, na
