MISDEMEANOR

Angela Armstrong, 33, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, guilty, Administrative Office of the Courts, diversion 12 months, pay court costs.

J.K. Keel, 58, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, bench trial May 31.

Lacey E. Hemingway, 26, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, guilty, 12 months Administrative Office of the Courts, diversion, pay court costs; third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, guilty.

Mindy M. Oak, 33, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, court notice sent, continued to May 30.

Logan Earl Brock, 29, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with no visible injury, not in Carroll County.

Matthew Bray, 18, two counts of third-degree terroristic threatening, continued to May 31, to have no contact with victim in both cases.

Joseph M. Sullivan, 18, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, amend to no operator’s license in possession, guilty, $50 fine plus court costs.

Dannon Perkins, 24, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense; driving on DUI suspended operator’s license, court notice, continued to May 31.

Douglas A. Hopper, 53, third-degree criminal trespassing, guilty, $50 fine plus court costs; third-degree terroristic threatening, guilty, 30 days, conditionally discharged, to have no contact with victim, and no further offenses.

Britany D. Robertson, 19, theft by deception, including cold checks, guilty, to make restitution, pay fines and court costs.

Timothy J. Dupont, 37, operating motor vehicle under/influence of drugs/alcohol with BAC 0.08, first offense; failure to produce insurance card, bench trial June 14.

Michael K. Sprague, 28, operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs with BAC 0.08, first offense; failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, bench trial May 31.

Final Judgment

Brian E. Trusty, 25, pleaded guilty to count two, theft of a controlled substance, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three he pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property with a value over $500, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five years sentence, a fine of $1,000 and pay court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective May 7, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 180 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Chase Oneal Ragland, 26, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class C felony and was sentenced to eight years imprisonment, fined $1,000 and pay court costs, the court suspends the fine, said sentence is to run consecutive to any backup time, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Daniel L. Powers, 25, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, each a class D felony, and was sentenced to three years imprisonment on each count and fined $1,000 on each count, with said sentence to run consecutive to each other for effectively one six year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and pay court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective May 7, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 120 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Oral Thomas Smith, 63, on counts one and two pleaded guilty to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or subsequent offenses, each a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment on each count and fined $1,000 on each count; on case 12-CR-00082 count one he pleaded guilty to failure to comply with sex offender registry, second or subsequent offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five years sentence, a fine of $1,000, and pay court costs, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Gregory A. Vititoe, 30, on count one pleaded guilty to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment, and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense a class C felony and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment, fined $1,000 and pay court costs, the court suspends the fine, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Shannon W. Hunt, 38, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or subsequent offense, a class C felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment, fined $1,000 and pay court costs, the court suspends the fine, said sentence is to run consecutive to any backup time, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Jessica Lynn Howard, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment, fined $1,000 and court costs, the court suspends the fine, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective May 7, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, she is to serve 60 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
