Puckett, 43, pleaded guilty on count one and two to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, class D felonies and was sentenced to three years on each count and fined $1,000 on each count for effectively one six year sentence and a fine of $1,000 plus court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 23, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, she will serve 120 days imprisonment, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
Roger D. Kinman, 45, on count one pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or subsequent offense, a class C felony and was sentenced to eight years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on counts two, three and four he pleaded guilty, to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or subsequent offenses on each, class D felonies and was sentenced to five years imprisonment on each count and fined $1,000 on each count, with said sentence to run concurrent to each other for effectively one eight year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, said sentence is to run consecutive to any backup sentence, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within the Commonwealth as the department will designate, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
Steven Elliott Hardiman, 25, pleaded guilty on count one to third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 12 months and a fine of $500; on count two he pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of a controlled substance, and was sentenced to 12 months and fined $500; on count three he pleaded guilty, to possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 12 months and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one 12 month sentence, a fine of $500 and pay court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of two years effective April 23, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
Crystal L. Christie S. Zachary A. Mahoney, 20, pleaded guilty to second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective April 23, 2012, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 120 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
