FINAL JUDGMENTS

David B. Stafford, 45, pleaded guilty on count one to operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense within a five year period, a class D felony and was sentenced to three and a half years imprisonment and fined $1,000. Revocation of license/license plates up to 60 months and a DUI service fee; on count two he pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended, a class B misdemeanor, and was sentence to 90 days and fined $250, with said sentences to run concurrent, for effectively one three and a half year sentenced and a fine of $1,000, revocation of license/license plates up to 60 months, a DUI service fee and pay court costs, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within the Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Joseph Eric Burt, 33, pleaded guilty on count one through count four to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony and was sentenced to three and a half years imprisonment for each count and fined $1,000 on each count, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three and a half year imprisonment, a fine of $1,000, pay court costs, and a public advocacy fee of $600, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within the Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
