The Heather Hammond Groves, 37,  that was listed under misdemeanor heading in the November 21 issue is not the same Heather Groves, 31, from Carroll County.

Jeremy L. Harris, 44, bench warrant served for failure to pay, owes $553. show cause Jan. 3.

Samuel R. Hollis, 33, flagrant non-support, in jail in Warren County, defendant has numerous felony charges there.

Richard Lewis, 30, flagrant non-support, warrant served in Boone County, continued to Dec. 16.

Cory A. Wardrup, 21, fugitive from another state, warrant required, continued to Nov. 29.

Jason R. Perkins, 35, drug paraphernalia, buy/possess; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, continued to Nov. 29.

June McAllister, 41, owes $240 additional restitution, six unexcused absences, pay rest in full by Jan. 2, review attendance same day.

Angela Beach, 25, diversion completion, one unexcused absence, court notice, for sentencing Dec. 5.

Brittany Smith, no age given, diversion completion, has paid court costs, dismissed per Commonwealth, diversion.

Hayden A. Johnson, 18, truancy, student 18 but not yet 21, order go to school while kids in head start, continued to Dec. 5.

Sarah D. Collier, 18, truancy, student 18 but not yet 21, $100 fine, conditionally discharged for two years, restitution to school $40 per day for future unexcused absences, review Dec. 19.

Jeremy Acree, no age given, bench warrant executed for failure to pay fines and costs, owes $216.34, show cause Jan. 17.

Samuel R. Moore, 21, bench warrant served in Boone County for failure to pay.

James Daniel Brewer, 43, bench warrant served in Kenton County for failure to pay.

Jeffrey N. Elam, 48, first-degree criminal trespass, guilty, 30 days, serve, seven, conditionally discharged balance for two years if no further offenses, credit time served; second-degree disorderly conduct, merge.

Pedro Roblero, 24, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury, continued to Dec. 6.

Sonya Bauer, 51, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, continued to Nov. 19.
