FINAL JUDGMENT

Michael A. Starks, 27, pleaded guilty on count one to fraudulent use of a credit card, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three the defendant pleaded g guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective July 7, 2014, he is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 180 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Cory L. Satchwell, 25, pleaded guilty  on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense and was sentenced to one year imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one one year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the court suspended the fine, court costs and public advocacy fee, said sentence is to run consecutive to any backup sentence, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Christopher S. Rabourn, 24, pleaded guilty on count one to receiving stolen property with a value over $500 but less than $10,000, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000, and court costs, the court suspends the fine, court costs and public advocacy fee, said three year sentence is to run consecutive to the sentence received by the defendant in the Owen Circuit Court, case No. 12CR00073, the defendant will pay restitution in the amount of $780, jointly and severally with co-defendant Jerry Doll, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Ronald K. Carlton, 41, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,0000 and court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective July 7, 2014, he is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 180 days incarceration, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
