Gomiz, 38, careless driving; failure to or improper signal; no operator’s/moped license; failure to produce insurance card; failure to wear seat belt; on April 6, operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs with BAC 0.08, first offense; on May 1, operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs with BAC 0.08, first offense, continued to July 24.

Seth A. Wilson, 25, speeding 26 mph or over (limited access), amend to 25 mph over, guilty, $50 fine plus pay court costs; reckless driving, amend to careless driving, guilty, $50 fine.

Angela Carol Winkle, 44, owes $498, bench warrant served for failure to appear, cash bond posted $550, apply bond, send remainder back.

Final Judgements

Charles E. Wright, 49, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support, a class D felony, and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and pay court costs, the court suspends the fine, public advocacy fee and court costs, the defendant was placed on non-reporting probation for a period of five years, or until such time as his child support arrearage ($25,009.60) is paid in full, but no less than five years effective June 23, 2014, he is subject to the Division of  Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky’s conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Beau J. Turner, 31, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three the defendant pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, first offense, a class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on count four he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and pay court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective June 23, 2014, and is subject to their conditions, he is to serve 60 days incarceration, he is credited with time spent in custody prior to the commencement of this sentence, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Ronald D. Robertson Jr., 33, pleaded guilty on case No. 14CR00028, count one to manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, a class B felony and was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count two he pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three the defendant pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on case No. 14CR00059 he pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one 10 year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and pay court costs, the court suspends the fine, court costs and public advocacy fee, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Charles M. Jones, 36, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500 and pay court costs, the defendant’s sentence of 12 months and fine of $500 is conditionally discharged for a period of two years subject to the same terms and conditions as his pre-trial diversion, the defendant will serve 30 days for bond violation.

Autumn L. Darrell, 21, pleaded guilty on Carroll Circuit Court case No. 14CR00096, count one to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on Owen Circuit Case No. 14CR00017 on count two she pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000; on count three she pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five year sentence, a fine of $1,000 and pay court costs, the court suspends the fine and public advocacy fee in the Carroll Circuit Court, she is to pay costs in the Carroll Circuit case, she is to pay a fine of $1,000, a public advocacy fee in the amount of $600 and court costs in the Owen Circuit Court case, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective June 23, 2014, and is subject to their conditions, she is to serve 180 days incarceration, she is credited with time spent in custody prior to the commencement of this sentence, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Cindy J. Brewer, 23, pleaded guilty to the charge of second-degree criminal abuse, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and pay court costs, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective June 23, 2014, and is subject to their conditions, she is to serve 147 days incarceration, she is credited with time spent in custody prior to the commencement of this sentence, she is to pay any unpaid medical bills, jointly and severally with co-defendant, James M. Ayers, that are a result of this offense, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

James M. Ayers, 34, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal abuse, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and pay court costs, the court suspends the fine, court costs and public advocacy fee, he will pay restitution jointly and severally with co-defendant, Cindy Brewer, for any unpaid medical bills the victim has as a result of this offense, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
