FINAL JUDGMENTS

Nicholas D. Fillacchione, 26, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support, a class D felony, he was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $1,000 and court costs, the court suspended the fine and public advocacy fee, said sentence is to run consecutive to the defendant’s three year sentence in the Carroll Circuit Court, case 09CR00063, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective April 21, 2014, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Stephen Robert Elliott, 42, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class C felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment, fined $1,000 plus court costs, the defendant will serve 180 days incarceration without work release, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for five years effective April 21, 2014, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Clifford J. Perkins, 49, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, a class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and fined $500; on count two he pleaded guilty to failure to use a seat belt, he was fined $25, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one 12 month sentence, a fine of $500 plus court costs, the sentence of 12 months was probated, conditionally discharged for two years and is subject to the courts conditions.
