November is Fine Amnesty Month. Reduce your late-materials fines and support the Carroll County Ministerial Association Food Bank. Fines will be forgive for every overdue item returned with the donation of a nonperishable food item.

Saturday,  Nov. 24: Walk-away the pounds, 9 a.m.
