Carroll County Fiscal Court voted March 23 to contribute $5,000 toward a funding agreement that will allow a new study of groundwater level measurements and model simulations of the alluvial aquifer around Carroll County.
“The total cost of the plan is $110,000,” Bill Osborne, general manager of Carrollton Utilities, told the magistrates during their March 9 meeting. “Our part of that is $55,000.”
