Community Easter services are planned

Carroll County Ministerial Association leads a Good Friday service on Friday, April 18, 12:10-12:50 p.m., at the Carrollton Christian Church, 310 Fifth Street. The community is invited. A sunrise service is also offered to the community on Easter at 7 a.m. in the lodge at General Butler State Resort Park.

Easter services set at Cove Hill Baptist

Cove Hill Baptist Church, 4751 Mound Hill Road, invites everyone to attend its annual Easter services: 6:30 p.m., Maundy Thursday, April 17, a dramatization given by those whom Jesus came in contact with and the impact he had on their lives and a message of hope as he continues to impact lives today; 6:45 a.m., Easter Sunday, April 20, sunrise service; 9:45 Sunday school; and 11 a.m., morning worship.

Stations of the Cross program is Saturday

St. John the Evangelist Hispanic community dramatizes the “Stations of the Cross” for the public on Good Friday afternoon, beginning at  5:30 p.m. in front of the courthouse on Main Street. This devotion will conclude at the church where the crucifixion of the Lord and Savior will take place shortly before 7 p.m.

Apostolic church sets annual Easter program

Apostolic Pentecostal Church of the Living God in Bedford holds its annual Easter program, 6:30 p.m., Sunday, April 20. This year’s program is entitled, “Tell Them That I Love Them.”

Sunrise service set at Worthville Christian

Worthville Christian Church, 106 Simmons St., holds Easter sunrise service at 6 a.m., Sunday, April 20. Pastor Joel Santos welcomes everyone.

Worthville Pentecostal to hold sunrise service

Worthville United Pentecostal Church in Worthville offers Easter service, 2 p.m., Sunday with Evangelist Tim Brown from Jeffersonville, Ind. evangelizing. Everyone is welcome.
