That’s the message Campbellsburg Mayor Rex Morgan would like to deliver to PoweredOn owner Brent Graves of Carrollton.

Campbellsburg hired Graves in 2011 to set up a wireless Internet, or WiFi, network to be delivered at no cost to city residents. But, one year later, the network has coverage issues, and Graves did not follow through on a promise he made to the council in March to address the problems.
