Community has role in helping to battle drug abuse problem

CADCA, Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America, recently concluded their three week academy in Meridian, Miss.  As a result of the Drug Free Communities Grant, Champions for a Drug Free Carroll County was able to be a part of these meetings.
