Competing To Lose Weight

Three Rivers District Health Department began its first annual community-wide weight loss competition, Waist Management on Tuesday.  It’s not too late to join in.  Participants can miss three weekly weigh-ins and still qualify for grand prize winnings, so even if you missed the first week, there is still time to register.  Rules and registration forms can be picked up at the Health Department, the Extension Office, the Library and various other locations around the county.  To compete, participants must be at least 18 years of age and live or work in Carroll Coun
