Marsh, personnel moving to Fifth Street on Dec. 13-14

Carroll County Attorney Nick Marsh’s office will relocated Dec. 13 and 14 to 115 Fifth St. in downtown Carrollton.

Business will be limited during the move and phone service may be interrupted, according to a news release from the office. If anyone needs to make payments for child support, delinquent taxes or cold checks, they may bring them to the new location during the move.

If phone service is interrupted, the county attorney may be reached at (502) 732-4281. The county attorney’s office will be sharing office space with the law offices of Monk & Marsh P.S.C.

“I always strive to meet and serve the needs of all Carroll Countians,” Marsh said in the news release. “This move will allow me to provide the public with greater access to the services of my office and to myself, as well.”

Marsh said he invites anyone with questions or concerns about the relocation to visit or call him.

“This decision was made after thoroughly researching the practices and customs of county attorneys in surrounding counties and taking into consideration the fiscal savings that this could potentially bring to the county,” he said. “I and my staff will always strive to offer the best service possible to the people of Carroll County, regardless of where our office is located.”

Business will resume as normal Monday, Dec. 17 at the new location.
Marsh said he apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks those who use the services of the county attorney’s office for their understanding and support.
