Daniel Mark Murphy, 56

Worthville, Ky.–Daniel Mark Murphy, 56, of Worthville, formerly of Madison, Ind. died Friday, May 4, 2012, at his residence.

Funeral services were held, Tuesday, May 8, at the Lytle Funeral Chapel in Madison, Ind.

Survivors include two sons: Sean Murphy of Madison and Troy Murphy of New Albany, Ind.; and his companion, Sandy Forresting of Louisville, Ky.

His parents, Dale, Jr. and Madge Batschelet Murphy preceded him in death.
