Design and Review approves four EIP grant applications
Three existing and one proposed new business in the Carrollton downtown redevelopment district were given approval from the City of Carrollton Design and Review Board to go before council to request funding from the Enterprise Incentive Program at their regular meeting Monday, Sept. 17.
