William C. McDole, 51, flagrant non-support, pay $50 to Child Services, child support by every Monday at noon, continued to Feb. 9.
Terry Ray Smith, 33, trafficking in controlled substance, (Meth.), first, second and third offense; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance/drug unspecified, first offense; trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, first offense, preliminary hearing Dec. 22.
