One of the highlights of being a 4-H Youth Development Agent is watching the youth of Carroll County as they learn and use those skills that they have learned to make a difference. Thanks to Suzanne Mason, who has volunteered to lead the dog program, 4-H members are learning how to teach their dog to obey. Members brought their dogs to Point Park April 20 and gave a demonstration of how well owner and dog are performing what they have learned. The dogs will be competing this year at the Carroll County Fair. The 4-H dog club meets every Saturday at 10 a.m.
