Patients are taking advantage of the the new cardiac rehabilitation equipment at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, funded by a $27,000 grant from the Norton Hospital Foundation. The foundation “continues to provide the quality of services the community needs,” said Kanute Rarey, hospital chief executive officer.
