SANDERS, Ky.—Elmer Curtis “Buddy” Perkins, 66, of Sanders died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at his residence.
Cremation has been chosen by the family with no services planned. Tandy-Eckler-Riley was entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Louise Combs Perkins; his daughters, Melissa May Perkins of LaGrange, Ky., and Dorothy Marie Paige of Sanders, Ky.; three sons, Willard Wayne Perkins of Sparta, Ky., Albert Allen Collins of Sanders and James Matthew Collins of Cutler Bay, FLa.; 12 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Curtis Perkins and Parthena Johnson Perkins; and two grandchildren.
