Embs named District Player of the Year

Senior running back Tyshaun Embs was named the 31st District Player of the Year. He received his award during halftime of the Class 2A state championship game Saturday at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. Embs also has been selected to play in the Best of the Bluegrass state all-star game on Sunday at 2 p.m. at St. Xavier High School in Louisville.
