Diana Downey Mattingly and Timothy Davis announce their plans to wed at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2011, at the English Christian Church in Carrollton, with Brother Gary Cotto officiating.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Alice Downey of Carrollton and the late Jerry Downey. She is the mother of Amiee, Chelsey and Christopher.
The groom-to-be is the son of Jeanette and John Wolfe of Oaktown, Ind., and the late Jimmy Davis.
A reception will immediately follow the ceremony. The couple will reside in Carrollton.
All family and friends are invited to attend he ceremony and reception. No formal invitations will be sent.
