Families appreciate help after tornado

We would like to thank all our friends and neighbors who came to our homes and gave their time and energy helping us clean up our property that was demolished by the tornado.

A special thank you to Carroll County Sheriff Jamie Kinman and deputies; Westside and Ghent fire departments; Carroll County High School Principal John Leaper and teachers; Vicky Rand (Rand Insurance) who went beyond the call of duty as our agent; Ann Hill for preparing us meals; Greg Hill for the use of his four-wheeler and trailer; Lauren and Mike Sauls for getting us duct tape, tarps and gloves on Friday evening; Keith Zeitz for helping us everyday; and all others who offered to help.
