Carroll County’s $12.3 million budget is now on-track to win approval after a quick motion and vote at the May 27 fiscal court meeting.
Judge-Executive Harold “Shorty” Tomlinson originally brought up the spending plan for fiscal 2014-15 at the May 13 meeting, but magistrates indicated they had not looked at the document and were not prepared to vote on it that day.
This time, it sailed through approval with no comment or concerns raised.
