Golf scramble a success with local supporters

-A A +A

A big thank you to all of our supporters. On behalf of the Carroll County Football Boosters and Panther coaching staff I would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who sponsored and or participated in the annual CCHS Football Boosters Golf Scramble on May 15 at Fairway Gold Course. I realize the weather conditions were not on our side but we still had teams brave the weather to show their support. We would like to thank the following hole sponsors that helped us make this event a success: Earl Floyd Ford, Carroll County Coroner David Wilhoite, Herb Kinman Chevrolet, Craig’s Do-It Center, Carroll County Farm Bureau, Mark Smith State Farm Insurance, Design with the Tymes, Luhn and Oak Construction, First National Bank, Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, Koehler Welding, Air Liquide, Air Liquide Industrial US, Ohio Valley Asphalt, Dr. Habas, Hawkins Plumbing, Webster Drug, Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, Carrollton Federal Bank, James and Wells Attorneys-at-Law, Farmers Bank of Milton, Auto Collision Specialist, Carroll County Sheriff Jamie Kinman, Carroll County Clerk Alice Marsh and Insurance Associates.

We would also like to thank all of the businesses that donated door prizes, and Mike Humphrey and Matt Lowe for all of their help. Personally, I would like to say thanks to all the parents and coaches that showed up to help set up, get everything in order and pack up in the cold, pouring rain. Without the support of the community the football boosters program would not be possible. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year and hoping for better weather. Go Panthers.
