Carrollton Main Street Program is holding its fall sweep from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 3, as part of Kentucky Adopt-a-Highway cleanup.
Project coordinator Alice Richter said the area stretchs on Highland Avenue (U.S. 42) from Cartmell Elementary School to the Prestonville bridge.
Volunteers are encouraged to meet at the Cartmell parking lot to pick up their trash bags and gloves, Richter said. For more information, call Richter at (502) 732-0779.
