Jamie D. “Block” Herrell, 40

CARROLLTON, Ky.—Jamie D. “Block” Herrell, 40, died, Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.

Funeral services were held at the Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, 213 Fifth Street in Carrollton on Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Mr. Herrell was born June 1, 1971, to the late Dennis and Marilyn Herrell.

Survivors include a son, Cossem Ray Herrell of Carrollton; fiancé, Beverly Stacey of Carrollton; two brothers, Jody Herrell of Carrollton and Jason Herrell of Bedford; and one sister, Jessica Herrell of Carrollton.
