The Carroll County Lady Panthers broke a six-game losing streak with a 34-22 victory over Southern High School on Monday, Dec. 19 in the Lady Dragon Invitational.
The Lady Panthers took on host South Oldham in the second round Tuesday night, but results were unavailable by presstime. They also will play Wednesday night.
Carroll (2-6) forced 19 turnoevers, including nine steals in their win.
Makena Kindoll led the team with 13 points, followed by Nikki Hill, 6; Brittany Arvin, 5; Tatum McIntyre, 4; Andie Hardesty, 2; Kelsey Ogden, 2; and Kayla Williamson, 2.
