The Carroll County High School girls’ basketball team traveled to Grant County Friday and came back with a 57-49 victory, their 14th of the season. Head coach Randy Mefford said the team played well in the first half and made 13-18 free throws to close out the fourth quarter. Hannah Devine and Tasha Hunter led the team with double-doubles. Devine had 25 points and 10 rebounds, while Hunter had 11 points and 10 rebounds. Also scoring for the Lady Panthers were Jill Butcher, 9; Kyndal Curry, 7; and Andrea Hardesty, 5.
