Marshall’s stolen truck found in Kansas

Carroll County Sheriff Ben Smith has been notified that Richard Marshall’s truck that was stolen from his farm on March 23 when three escaped convicts allegedly bludgeoned him has been found in Topeka, Kan.

Smith said the truck will be brought back to Carroll County some time this week and will be processed for evidence by the Kentucky State Police.
