Meadows awarded several honors

Five-year-old Blayden Wayne Meadows has had a successful year competing in Little Mister pageants around the area. Among his successes has been first place in the Gallatin County Fair and Trimble County Fair. He was the Carrollton Relay for Life Springtime of Hope Little Master. He was runnerup in the Carroll County Tobacco Festival Little Mr. pageant, first runnerup at the Trimble County Apple Festival and second runnerup in the Carroll County Fair. He was named Mini-Supreme at the Kentucky State Finals, held in Lexington on Nov. 13-14. Meadows is the son of Amanda Meadows and Richard McGill, and the grandson of Kathy Meadows, Carrollton.
