Melessa Ann Jackson Chisholm, 45, of Carrollton, died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
Funeral Services were Tuesday, Oct. 16, at the Family Worship Center, with the Rev. Jimmy Stewart officiating. Burial was in English Cemetery in Carroll County.
Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, 809 Highland Ave. in Carrollton was entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Chisholm; her parents, Lloyd W. and Stella L. Fox Jackson; a daughter, Janee Short; a son, Gene Willhoite; and one granddaughter, all of Carrollton.
